celebration of 20 years of triathlon in Liechtenstein

Over 50 guests followed the invitation of TriFL, Liechtenstein’s Triathlon Federation, to celebrate 20 years of triathlon history in the tiny principality wedged between Austria and Switzerland. TriFL president Philip Schädler welcomed the minister of sports, Dr. K. Tschütscher, and the President of the NOC, Leo Kranz and the current vice-worldchampion Reto Hug from Switzerland, who began his career in a Liechtenstein triathlon club. Presents were given to the most successful triathletes: Marc Ruhe, winter-triathlon world champion 2002, Nicole Klingler U23 European champion Duathlon and Christian Frommelt, U23 bronze medal winner in duathlon and wintertriathlon.
