Great Britain and Portugal share the podium at Aveiro Junior Cup

Luisa Condeço and Gordon Benson were the Champions after a thrilling Junior European Cup in Aveiro.
Portuguese athlete Condeço was involved in a breathtaking sprint finish with Brit Maddie Winzer, just pipping her rival to victory on the line (pictured above).
Nevertheless, it was a good afternoon for the British Junior women as Sky Draper finished third to give the team two places on the podium.
In the Junior Men’s race, the Brits maintained two podium places but went one better as Gordon Benson led home Marc Austin to victory. It was Benson’s ETU European Junior Cup victory.
Filipe Azevedo crossed the line in third place to record another home podium.
