The Long Distance Duathlon World Championship programmed for the next 29 May in Barcis (PN) will have its own saint. Indeed Alessandro Alessandri, the Italian leading duathlet, national champion of this sport, will act as a testimonial to the competition. The world-beater coming from TD Rimini accepted the invitation with enthusiasm. The initiative belongs to Antonio Iossa, the patron of the World Championship of Barcis and presedent of the ACC Triathlon Team Cordenons, the organizing association. Alessandro Alessandri, who won the Valcellinas competitionstart in 2004, edition that hosted the entire Italian National Long Distance Triathlon Team, will operate breefing before the competition illustrating the other athlets in lists all the characteristics of the race.
